Thank you for sharing the details of your report and the liabilities facing homeowners. Personally speaking the board has hidden too many facts from this community and it’s time for them to step down. I would rather see an outside professional group take over, a company that is up to date on the Davis Sterling act and knows what the rules are. Yes, it will cost more , but the way the law suits are happening around us, cheaper in the long run. To be honest, many residents near our residence have wanted this board ousted. We need transparency and new leadership. Thank you and the Simons for your detailed information.
